Overview

Our agency designed and developed an AI-powered customer audio feedback tool to streamline and enhance the way businesses collect and analyse customer insights. By simply scanning a QR code, users could instantly record an audio message to share their feedback in a natural, effortless way—eliminating the friction of traditional text-based surveys. This approach made feedback collection more inclusive and engaging, particularly for customers who prefer speaking over typing. The system was designed to work across multiple touchpoints, including retail stores, restaurants, and service centres, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.

To transform raw audio into meaningful insights, we integrated AI-driven speech-to-text transcription, sentiment analysis, and topic categorisation. The AI model automatically identified key themes, detected emotional tone, and grouped feedback into actionable categories, allowing businesses to quickly pinpoint areas for improvement. A dashboard with real-time analytics provided a clear overview of trends and customer sentiments, helping teams make data-driven decisions. The result was a highly efficient and intuitive feedback loop, reducing manual effort while delivering deeper customer insights—ultimately improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

We also offered on-premises servers and installations, for clients who preferred local data storage. We provided an API based access for those companies which preferred to received insights within their enterprise tools such as Salesforce, and chat tools such as Slack and MS Teams.
