Making things easier to use.

I’m a product leader and human-centred designer. My work brings together understanding people, deciding what to build and setting priorities for delivery. Creating Sightspool and co-founding Guidebeam have extended my research and design practice into product direction and development.

Cumulative’s purpose is to help make products and services easier to use. That starts with understanding people, noticing where an experience gets in their way, and sharing practical ways to improve it.

Cumulative is the consulting business I’ve owned since September 2019. All my consulting work is delivered through Cumulative, spanning product design, service design, user research, usability and accessibility.

Cumulative also owns Sightspool, a commercial user-research product I’m building. I shape its direction, prioritise what to develop and review how the experience works, from choosing a research question to using the findings in a product decision.

I’m also a co-founder and Fractional Head of Product at Guidebeam. I’ve held the fractional product role since October 2025, leading product and UX for career exploration and guidance. My work includes setting delivery priorities and shaping workflows for the people using and supporting the platform.

When you get in touch, you speak with me. We work out the scope together, and you know who is doing the work.
