CumulativeCRM

Your website and customer operations, connected.

Capture the enquiry, make responsibility visible and keep the next action moving—all in a managed system that starts with the workflow your team actually needs.

One connected journey

From first touch to useful follow-up.

  1. 01Capture
  2. 02Respond
  3. 03Progress
  4. 04Get paid
  5. 05Follow up
  6. 06Learn

The system can be broad underneath while the day-to-day experience stays deliberately small.

Core capabilities

Start with the workflow that solves the first problem.

The first pilot focuses on capture, ownership, a simple pipeline and agreed follow-up. Other capabilities are switched on only where they are useful, supported and configured.

Pilot foundation

Lead capture and customer records

Turn agreed website forms and guided enquiries into organised records with context, timing and source details attached.

  • Website enquiry capture
  • Contact details and history
  • Tags, status and ownership
Pilot foundation

Shared conversations

Give supported customer conversations a visible home so the team can see who replied and what is still waiting.

  • Shared response workspace
  • Conversation assignment
  • Response status and history
Pilot foundation

Pipelines and next actions

Move each real opportunity through a simple set of agreed stages with an owner, value, timing and next step.

  • Configurable opportunity stages
  • Tasks and reminders
  • Won, lost and delayed outcomes
Pilot foundation

Managed follow-up

Automate useful acknowledgements, reminders and internal handoffs while keeping a person responsible for the conversation.

  • Approved message workflows
  • Stop-on-reply behaviour
  • Ready Later follow-up
Where configured

Booking journeys

Offer branded appointment paths with the right availability, reminders and external calendar connections for the workflow.

  • Public booking pages
  • Reschedule and cancellation
  • Calendar connections
Where configured

Reporting and source visibility

See the operational picture and connect more enquiries and outcomes back to their source when identifiers are available.

  • Pipeline and activity views
  • Lead-source context
  • Exportable reporting data

Expand when it earns its place

More capability without turning the launch into a software project.

Sell and deliver

Keep the commercial handoff connected.

Add the parts of the journey that help the team turn an agreed job into organised delivery and payment.

  • Tasks and internal handoff
  • Estimates and documents
  • Electronic signatures
  • Invoices and payment journeys

Document, signature and payment providers require agreed configuration and testing.

Grow responsibly

Follow up without becoming noisy.

Use customer communication only where it has a clear purpose, suitable consent and human ownership.

  • Email campaigns and sequences
  • Supported SMS workflows
  • Review requests
  • Lead-source and campaign context

Channel availability, provider costs and compliance responsibilities are confirmed during setup.

Built for a team

Make responsibility visible.

Give people practical access to the work they own while preserving history and clearer operational boundaries.

  • Roles and configurable access
  • Search and notifications
  • Installable mobile web access
  • Activity and audit history

Access is configured for the agreed team structure; it is not sold as unlimited enterprise governance.

Connected and adaptable

Fit the system around the useful workflow.

Connect the custom website and selected providers without making every available integration part of the launch.

  • Website forms and webhooks
  • Supported external providers
  • Client data exports
  • Source-controlled deployment

External services are added only where configured, supported and included in the agreed scope.

Cumulative-managed foundation

Broad underneath. Deliberately small at launch.

Cumulative configures and supports the CumulativeCRM foundation beneath your website. We begin with the small operating path that matters, document the boundaries and add complexity only when the business has a real use for it.

  • A custom website connected to the agreed workflow
  • Separate client workspace and configured team access
  • Supported setup, controlled changes and clear provider boundaries
  • Exportable client CumulativeCRM data and a documented exit path

Feature questions

What the broad platform does—and does not—mean for the pilot.

Is every feature included in the $299 monthly pilot?+

No. The pilot includes the website, supported CumulativeCRM setup and the enquiry workflow agreed before kickoff. The wider platform is available for later configuration, but provider fees, additional modules and custom work are scoped separately.

Do we have to replace our current email and calendar?+

Not automatically. The aim is to connect the customer journey where the current process becomes unreliable. Existing tools can remain in place when they still do their job well.

Are messaging, payment and other provider costs included?+

No. Domain, email, SMS, calling, advertising, payment processing and other third-party fees are outside the base monthly package unless they are explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Can we export our customer data?+

Yes. Client CumulativeCRM data is exportable. The exact exit process, data mapping and any connected-provider exports are documented for the configured setup rather than treated as a blanket portability promise.
